I began training with Ethan as part of a cardiac rehab program following heart surgery. My blood Pressure keeps getting better, my triglycerides and cholesterol have dropped to healthy levels and I have more energy throughout the day. I started working with Ethan 2 years ago after I broke my foot and needed rehab. He was the perfect blend of the knowledge of a Physical Therapist and a personal trainer. He brought me from a decrepit state to a strong, fit, and conditioned. Before I knew it I was able to lift heavy weights, and build muscle. I have never felt better in my life. I owe it all to Ethan!
