Grant’s Story

I first started working with Ethan just after suffering a patellar dislocation at the end of 2018.  I sought out an experienced personal trainer to accompany regular physical therapy in order to expedite the recovery process.  I stayed with Ethan well past the recovery timeline because the results I saw were beyond my expectations. Ethan had a history of rehabilitation work and his knowledge and targeted approach to recovery was second to none. The recovery time was almost cut in half and I’m well on my way to ensuring the injury does not occur again.  I saw my overall strength increase and my body fat percentage drop along the way. You will not find a more committed and knowledgeable trainer who is able to integrate all facets of fitness. Ethan will listen, visually asses and plan the most targeted routine that will produce your desired results.  No matter what your goals may be, weather its weight loss, strength and endurance training, athletic performance or rehabilitation, he can create a custom plan that will work for you. Including weight training, body weight fitness, resistance band work as well as plyometrics into a highly customized routine. Not only was I able to recover from a knee injury, I was able to build full body functional fitness that carries over to all facets of life. Whatever fitness goals you may have, Ethan will expedite the process tenfold.  His ability to evolve his approach to each client needs produces results.  As you evolve, so will he.
